You’ll learn to create soft cheeses including Smoked Almond Cheddar; Almond Ricotta; Classic Fondue; Cream ‘Cheese’; Quick-Form Cashew Cheddar; and Smoked Gouda. After this class, you’ll be able to fool all of your dairy loving friends and create a plant-based charcuterie board that pleases everyone.
