A 2-hour kombucha specific workshop inside Grain & Grit with plant-based chef Fraser Fitzgerald (@thatplantedfork). Taste different flavors of kombucha and learn the basics of fermentation in this intro-class to Kombucha brewing. Go home with your own SCOBY so you can start your own kombucha at home!
