As a plant based eater, lover of food and professional chef, I seek to introduce classic dishes in an alternative way. I have been to a steakhouse where all they have to offer are a few side dishes or struggled with the awkward conversation around "is there anything on the menu that can be modified?" It sucks. After working as a chef and moving into menu creation and recipe development, I have found a way to support local restaurants and chefs in adding items that suit the ever growing vegan and vegetable loving crowd.
I have developed menus from start to finish that suit client's unique needs. From dish ideas to costing and staff training, I am confident I can produce menu items that please not only the plant eaters but their carnivore friends as well.
